If we are not able to ship within that time, we will notify you by e-mail. Sorry, we don't do overnight or next day delivery. Depending on where the item is shipped to will take between 3 to 10 business days to be received.

(Items that don't have the 30 day guarantee will be stated on the items page) If for any reason you wish to return it, just ask and we will cheerfully refund your money, provided the item/items have all original packaging and paperwork and are resalable. Return shipping is your responsibility.

Exceptions: DVD's are not returnable due to copying. They can only be exchanged for store credit, then only for 30 days. All pepper spray products cannot be returned unless defective. When returning pepper spray products, please use ground shipping ONLY. No air carrier is allowed; it is the federal law. Most items have a longer manufacturers warrantee.
